Fredericksburg, TX · Gillespie County · The Texas Hill Country
We've been in business since 1979 and have the knowledge and experience to help you solve your pest control problem.
You may have already tried something, such as a store-bought spray or a one-time treatment from another company. It seemed to work for a week or two. Then the pests came back.
That happens because the treatment only reached the pests you could see, not where they were coming from. Whether they're coming in from a nest in a wall or a colony out in the yard, there will be more until the source is treated.

We are a family owned pest control company located in Gillespie County and established in 1979. Due to our decades of experience, no matter what type of pest has shown up at your home or business, there's a good chance we've dealt with it many times before. We will come out, identify the pest issue, and treat it at the source.
We truly care about our customers. On a scheduled plan, if pests come back between visits, we come back out and treat them at no additional charge. Our termite treatments with Termidor also come with a five-year guarantee.
We provide residential and commercial pest control across Fredericksburg, Gillespie County and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. Our services include the following.

We treat the house inside and out, on a scheduled plan or as a one-time visit. On a plan, if pests come back between visits, we come back out at no additional charge.

We build a scheduled service program around your business and its hours of operation. Wineries, restaurants, lodging, apartments, offices and ranches are among the properties we service.

We inspect the house first, then treat the colony with Termidor. Every Termidor treatment comes with a five-year guarantee. We also pre-treat new construction.

Fire ants, carpenter ants and sugar ants each need a different treatment. We identify which one you have and treat the colony, so the ants don't keep coming back.

Fleas develop in the carpet and in the shaded ground outside, not only on the pet. We treat the house and the yard together. Fleas are covered on every residential plan.

We bait for rats and mice on an ongoing plan rather than a one-time visit. The technician places bait stations where the rodents are active and checks them on a schedule.

We treat scorpions, spiders, roaches, crickets, flies and silverfish on every residential plan. If you have wasps, bees or mosquitoes on the property, we can treat those as well.

Both. Our One-Time Pest Control service is a single visit for an immediate or occasional problem. If you'd rather the problem didn't come back, we recommend a scheduled plan. Our plans run annually, quarterly, bi-monthly or semi-annually. The frequency is up to you.
Ongoing is scheduled treatment on the frequency you choose. One-Time is a single targeted visit. Expanded Outside adds a 10 to 15 foot barrier treatment around the house and treatment around every door and window. If an interior issue arises, we treat it at no additional charge. Executive treats the house and the entire lawn. It's the plan for heavier pest pressure, such as ant infestations and chinch bugs.
It's normal to see more activity for a few days after a treatment, because the treatment disturbs the nest and pushes the insects out of hiding. Activity should drop off over the next week or two. If it hasn't settled by then, please call us and we'll come back out.
Yes, scorpions are one of the pests covered on a residential plan. Scorpions come in from outside when the weather turns hot and dry. We treat the house inside and out. On a scheduled plan, the outside of the house is treated on every visit.
Yes. Our Executive Service treats the house and the entire lawn. It's especially effective against ant infestations. For acreage, please tell us roughly how much ground you need covered when you call. We'll give you our recommendation and a quote before any work begins.
We bait for rats and mice on an ongoing plan, not as a single visit. Rats and mice keep coming back to a food source, so the bait stations are checked on a schedule to keep them under control.
A wood-destroying insect report is commonly asked for by a lender or a buyer before closing. Call us with the property address and your closing date and we'll get it scheduled.
Two kinds of termites turn up around Fredericksburg. Drywood termites live in the wood itself. Subterranean termites come up from the soil. Each needs a different treatment, so we inspect first to find out which one you have. We treat the colony with Termidor. Every Termidor treatment comes with a five-year guarantee. For new construction, we use Bora-Care by Nisus. It's applied to the wood and the foundation instead of into the soil.
Yes. We service hotels, B&Bs and short-term rentals across Fredericksburg. The visits are scheduled around your bookings. Please tell us your turnover pattern when you call, and we'll fit the visits around it.
Ants and termites are most active through the warmer months. Scorpions come indoors when the weather turns hot and dry. Rodents move inside as it cools off in the fall. Fleas follow your pets rather than the season. On a scheduled plan, the house is treated through the year, so you're not calling about a new pest each season. Termite control and rodent control are separate services.
If you'd like us to come out and take a look, give us a call. You can also send us a few details through the contact form and we'll get back to you.
